Still not showing the correct amount of points

Hi so I’m not sure who to ask, but I have noticed that I’m earning points for doing events and was even able to use a link I found on google to redeem points for a blitz box to my account but my total points on my account is still way off what it was before the merger to the new site. I was over 4000 points before the change and now I’m at like 430 points. Sadly I never thought to screen shot my total before the change but the last thing I redeemed was for a play set the promos of Yeetus Deletus. And before that a playset of elegant grim reaper. I’ve bought a lot of boxes and was saving up my points to use once the store returned.
