Riftbound Nexus Night - Report on Card Sales from Opened Packs

Good morning, I’d like to report a store that hosts Riftbound and Nexus Night events where no customers show up, and the store itself creates and adds ghost players, opens the booster packs, and then sells the cards themselves. I find this unethical, especially since they don’t hand out the booster packs intended for the winners when they hold an event.
