Due to some unethical use of guest registrations in my local area, I believe that it is necessary for a store to disable guest signups for events - both at the store level and at the individual event level.
There are multiple bad actors that are abusing the guest registration option to sign up ghost accounts to fill up Lorcana Set Championships (and other events) and prevent others from registering. This is starting to cause major negative feelings within the local community, and has led to at least one player deciding not to compete any more.
